Getavia is a link monitoring service for content creators, published by [Name/Company], accessible at getavia.fr.
2. Data collected
We collect the following data:
- Display name and email address (registration)
- Your Linktree page URL (integration)
- URLs of monitored links
- Notification preferences
- Connection data (date, approximate IP)
We never collect:
- Banking data (managed by Stripe)
- Your social media content
- Private data from your Linktree account
3. OAuth Authentication (Google, Meta, TikTok)
Getavia offers login via OAuth with Google, Meta (Facebook), and TikTok. These services are used solely for identification and authentication of your account.
When logging in via OAuth, we only collect:
- Your display name
- Your email address
- Your profile picture (optional)
We do not access any other data from your Google, Meta, or TikTok accounts. We do not post anything on your social media, do not read your private messages, and do not access your contacts or any other personal content.
4. Data usage
Your data is used only to:
- Provide the monitoring service
- Send you configured alerts
- Improve the service
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Hosting and subcontractors
- Vercel (hosting, USA) — DPA available
- Supabase (database, EU) — GDPR compliant
- Resend (emails, USA) — GDPR compliant
- Stripe (payments, USA) — GDPR compliant
6. Retention period
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all your data is erased within 30 days.
7. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, modify, export or delete your data at any time from My Space → Danger Zone, or by contacting us at privacy@getavia.fr.
