1. Acceptance of terms
By using Getavia, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Getavia is a link monitoring tool that automatically checks URL accessibility and sends alerts in case of anomalies.
3. User account
- You must be 18 years or older
- One account per person
- You are responsible for your account security
- Any activity from your account is your responsibility
4. Acceptable use
Prohibited to use Getavia for:
- Monitoring URLs without authorization
- Generating artificial traffic to sites
- Any illegal activity
5. Plans and payments
- The Starter plan is free with no time limit
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
- Prices are displayed including tax
- Refund possible within 7 days
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from My Space. Getavia reserves the right to suspend any account in violation of the Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
Getavia is a monitoring assistance tool. We cannot guarantee 100% detection and are not responsible for losses related to service interruption.
8. Modification of Terms
Getavia reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users are notified by email 30 days before any major modification.
